Though we are proud of our achievements, we are sadly lacking in some areas. Some of our older boys need quality vocational training to equip them to get jobs when they eventually ‘leave home’. We are teaching, as best we can, skills in tailoring, cycle repairs and gardening. But we lack adequate facilities and skilled, dedicated teachers. Our budget is stretched to the limit feeding, clothing and keeping our children healthy and happy. We desperately need money to build a vocational training unit and employ competent teachers. We are in the process of obtaining a computer set up so the older boys can learn to use it and improve their English.
